Facility Operations Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Lubbock, Texas, United States

Salary: $110,000–$164,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global develops and operates large-scale compute infrastructure for frontier AI, spanning power acquisition, data center construction, and hardware and software operations.

What you will do

• Own facility operations for the Lubbock site, including MEP plant health, maintenance programs, and site services.
• Build and manage preventive maintenance schedules using OEM requirements and site history.
• Manage facility vendors and service contracts from scope definition through invoicing.
• Partner with construction and commissioning teams to complete clean handovers of new capacity to operations.
• Maintain reliable operations while sites come online in stages and construction continues.

Requirements

• Experience owning facility operations for a critical or industrial site.
• Experience building or rebuilding preventive maintenance programs and demonstrating reliability improvements.
• Commercial experience managing vendor contracts.
• Experience taking buildings over from construction and understanding the risks of poor handovers.
• Ability to work at the Lubbock, Texas site.

• Data center experience.
• CMMS implementation experience.
• NFPA 70E knowledge.
• Water treatment program experience.
