Facilities Operations Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: River Bend, Louisiana, United States; on-site. The role also references facility operations for the Lubbock site.

Salary: $110,000–$164,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own facility operations for the site, including MEP plant health, maintenance programs, and site services.
• Build preventive maintenance schedules from OEM requirements and site history, then maintain execution discipline.
• Manage facility vendors and service contracts from scope definition through invoicing.
• Partner with construction and commissioning teams to transfer new capacity into operations cleanly.
• Keep live facilities operating reliably while additional site capacity is being constructed.

Requirements

• Experience owning facility operations for a critical or industrial site.
• Experience building or rebuilding preventive maintenance programs and demonstrating reliability improvements.
• Commercial discipline in managing vendor contracts.
• Experience taking buildings over from construction and understanding the consequences of poor handovers.
• Ability to work on-site in the United States.

• Data center experience.
• CMMS implementation experience.
• NFPA 70E knowledge.
• Experience with water treatment programs.
