Senior Scheduler (Infrastructure)

Location: Dallas, Texas office

Compensation: $130,962.60–$149,671.54 per year

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules from planning and design through construction and commissioning.
• Create resource-loaded CPM schedules and integrated master schedules using Primavera P6 and other scheduling platforms.
• Establish baselines, milestones, critical paths, work breakdown structures, and schedule performance metrics.
• Analyze schedule risks, float consumption, delays, and completion forecasts; prepare reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
• Integrate schedule performance with cost controls, support earned value management, and develop recovery and mitigation plans.
• Lead scheduling meetings, review contractor schedules, support change and claims analysis, and mentor junior scheduling professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project scheduling, project controls, or construction planning.
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, transportation, aviation, transit, energy, or public works projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and strong knowledge of Critical Path Method scheduling and schedule analysis.
• Experience developing resource-loaded schedules and integrated master schedules.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Deltek Acumen Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, or similar schedule risk analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management, contractor schedule reviews, and construction claims analysis.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Project, and project management information systems.
