Senior Scheduler (Data Center Construction)

Location: San Antonio, Texas, United States. Hybrid work is required on the data center campus in San Antonio; candidates must be based in San Antonio or be open to relocation there.

What you will do

• Build project schedules covering the full project scope, milestones, and timelines using the critical path method.
• Define responsibility and ownership for project deliverables through the Work Breakdown Structure.
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners.
• Align schedules with project execution, contracting, procurement, and project control plans.
• Provide regular schedule progress updates.

Requirements

• Experience with quantitative risk assessment and communicating findings to key partners.
• Experience working on hyperscale data center projects or projects of a similar scale.
• Working experience with Primavera P6.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Based in San Antonio or willing to relocate to San Antonio, with hybrid attendance on the data center campus.
