Senior Data Center Planner (Data Center Construction)

Location: Shreveport, Louisiana, United States. Heavier on-site presence is expected initially, potentially decreasing to once per month. Some domestic travel is required at 20–25%.

What you will do

• Lead the definition, development, maintenance, and performance analysis of integrated master schedules for complex data center construction projects.
• Own the integrated master schedule for a large-scale campus-level data center construction project and coordinate updates with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review schedule health, baselines, milestones, durations, remaining float, risks, and predictive outcomes for leadership decision-making.
• Identify schedule risks early and work with project teams to develop mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Maintain the owner schedule database and SharePoint repository, including schedule KPIs, templates, rules of thumb, and reporting materials.
• Support preconstruction planning, general contractor schedule reviews, and ad hoc mini-schedules, fragnets, hypotheticals, and scenario analyses.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Data center scheduling experience is required.
• Deep understanding of critical path method scheduling, risk analysis, schedule optimization, and complex schedule baselining.
• Expertise in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and support multiple project segments with minimal supervision.
