Enterprise Systems Analyst (Windchill PLM)

Location: Hybrid role based at an hirify.global site in Phoenix, Arizona, with additional locations in Santa Clara, California; Hillsboro, Oregon; and Austin, Texas. Employees split their time between working onsite and offsite.

Annual salary: $105,300–$175,210 USD across US locations.

What you will do

• Gather and analyze information from system users to define system scope and objectives aligned with business outcomes.
• Document business processes and gain alignment across business groups.
• Work with business stakeholders to develop and deliver end-user training and maintain application documentation.
• Develop use cases, business scenarios, and demos; plan and coordinate testing.
• Provide end-user support and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Support capabilities for equipment configurations and bills of materials in Windchill, including workflows for internal and supplier users and integrations with planning, master data, and enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Windchill PLM 12, PDMLink, MPMLink, SUMA, and PTC's product suite.
• Experience with data and system management, including data imports and exports, in-application business support through validations, and analysis of data and configurations.
• Excellent customer interfacing skills for coordinating requirements, status updates, and enhancements.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and ITIL methodologies, and tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Experience developing and delivering end-user training.
• SIT and UAT testing, deployment, and go-live support experience.
• Experience working remotely.

Nice to have

• Customization experience with ACLs, Lifecycles, Workflows, InfoTasks, Webjects, OIRs, actions/action-models, and understanding of BOM structures.
• Experience using ProjectLink.
• PTC Windchill Business Administration certification.
• SCRUM certification.
