What you will do

• Collect and analyze user requirements to define system scope and business objectives.
• Document business processes and ensure alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Develop use cases, business scenarios, and demos to support system implementation.
• Coordinate testing activities including SIT and UAT, and provide end-user support.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track system performance and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver training and maintain comprehensive application documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Windchill PLM 12, PDMLink, MPMLink, and SUMA.
• Strong background in data management, including imports/exports and system configuration analysis.
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum and ITIL methodologies using tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
• Excellent customer interfacing skills for requirements gathering and status reporting.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Windchill ProjectLink.
• Technical proficiency in customizing ACLs, Lifecycles, Workflows, InfoTasks, and Webjects.
• PTC Windchill Business Administration certification.
• SCRUM certification.
