What you will do

• Collect and analyze user requirements to define system scope and business objectives.
• Document business processes and ensure alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Develop use cases, demos, and training materials to support end-user adoption.
• Coordinate testing activities including SIT and UAT to ensure system quality.
• Maintain and create dashboards and reports to track system performance and business outcomes.
• Provide ongoing end-user support and troubleshooting for PLM configurations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Windchill PLM 12, PDMLink, MPMLink, and SUMA.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without hirify.global sponsorship.
• Proficiency in data management, including imports, exports, and system configuration analysis.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and ITIL methodologies using tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Windchill customizations including ACLs, Workflows, and InfoTasks.
• Understanding of complex BOM structures.
• PTC Windchill Business Administration or SCRUM certification.
