Supply Chain Consultant (Defence & Security)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with at least 2 days per week in the office or on a client site, and up to 5 days per week on a client site depending on the assignment.

What you will do

• Deliver high-impact consulting projects for defence and security clients.
• Advise on supply chain team transformation and complex logistics transformation projects.
• Develop strategies and solutions that improve supply chain collaboration, efficiency, and value for money.
• Help clients use technology and data to accelerate and transform supply chain and logistics processes.
• Support the growth of the Defence Supply Chain practice and develop new service offerings.
• Contribute to business development and apply supply chain expertise in new environments.

Requirements

• Strong industrial supply chain and logistics experience across planning, operational supply chain management, and supply chain development.
• Extensive knowledge of defence or adjacent-sector supply chains and their complex logistics processes.
• Experience leading or supporting change initiatives in multifaceted stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment and transfer expertise to new projects.
• Applicants for applicable UK roles must meet security-vetting requirements, including British citizenship or at least 5 years of continuous UK residency.

Nice to have

• CIPS, MCIPS, CILT, or an equivalent supply chain and logistics qualification.
• Supply chain design and resilience assessment experience.
• Prior consulting experience.
