What you will do

• Engage client stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize business challenges and opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and analysis to establish current-state understanding and future ambitions.
• Support discovery engagements and shape early-stage transformation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into transformation strategies balancing business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, architects, and subject matter experts to transition advisory work into execution.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting or advisory roles focused on digital transformation, strategy, or business change.
• Experience working across presales and delivery contexts.
• Experience shaping early-stage opportunities, business cases, or transformation roadmaps.
• Strong ability to frame ambiguous problems and structure them into actionable components.
• Clear communication and storytelling skills, including facilitating workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across clients and internal teams.
