Solution Consultant, Supply Chain - Paris

Location: Paris, France; hybrid workplace; travel up to 25% of the time.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to shape prospects' and clients' supply chain planning vision.
• Discover planning challenges across demand forecasting, S&OP/IBP, inventory, capacity, and supply planning.
• Create tailored product demonstrations covering demand planning, supply planning, scenario modeling, and supply chain–finance alignment.
• Facilitate discovery and visioning workshops and present proposed solutions to operational and executive stakeholders.
• Challenge legacy tools such as Excel and disconnected point solutions using customer success stories.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to relay market needs and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven pre-sales experience as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar on enterprise planning tools with a supply chain dimension.
• Strong supply chain domain knowledge, including S&OP/IBP, demand planning, inventory optimization, production planning, or supply network planning.
• Background and/or degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to translate complex supply chain planning challenges into clear, differentiated demonstrations for operational and executive audiences.
• Ability to engage with Supply Chain Planners, Operations Managers, Finance Business Partners, and C-level executives in the same deal cycle.
• Experience in CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing.
• Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
