Associate Consultant – Logistics & Distribution (Supply Chain Transformation)

Location: Hybrid role based in Princeton, New Jersey; New York, New York; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; or Boston, Massachusetts, with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices and travel as required.

Salary: $120,000–$137,000 per year

What you will do

• Support client projects involving logistics, distribution, and supply chain transformation across people, processes, technology, and data.
• Assess current-state supply chain, distribution, warehousing, and logistics processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design future-state supply chain strategies, technology solutions, and process transformations.
• Help develop transformation monitoring platforms and performance-tracking approaches, including capacity management, transportation monitoring, and workflow management tools.
• Translate business requirements into process and system improvement recommendations and analyze operational data for decision-making.
• Lead teams in creating client-ready deliverables and presentations while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders through end-to-end project delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in logistics, distribution, supply chain operations, or supply chain transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience with distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations and familiarity with supply chain transformation and process improvement programs.
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, and other cross-functional enterprise systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, project and stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Fluency in English and US work authorization that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience managing and delivering transformation projects spanning strategy and business technology.
• Experience building or supporting operational or transformation performance monitoring tools and platforms.
• Experience with continuous improvement across internal supply chain operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or other operational environments.
