Senior Management Consultant | Strategic Planning & Executive Advisory (Defense and Security)

Location: On-site at the client site in Washington, DC, United States, generally supporting the Mid-Atlantic region. Work is typically performed from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

What you will do

• Advise executives on strategic planning, business transformation, operating-model improvements, and mission-support modernization.
• Lead business process re-engineering, organizational redesign, change management, and initiative execution across stakeholders.
• Develop strategic plans, roadmaps, executive briefings, communications artifacts, business cases, and alternatives analyses.
• Design performance-management frameworks, metrics, monitoring methods, and data-driven decision-support processes.
• Provide portfolio governance, project management, risk management, stakeholder facilitation, and executive coaching.
• Modernize and sustain Microsoft Access-based tools, including data architecture, workflow improvement, testing, dashboards, reporting, and user support.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship, including H-1B and TN sponsorship, is not available.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, or 5 years with a master’s degree or higher.
• PMP, DHS mid-level project management certification, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in defense and security-sector consulting, strategic planning, project management, business transformation, and analytical support.
• Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, communication, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
