Senior Validation Project Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Plan, lead, and execute validation projects in the Reliability Lab, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Oversee the design and execution of test plans, protocols, and procedures for product and system validation.
• Manage, train, and support validation engineers and technicians.
• Allocate resources and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Maintain quality assurance processes and detailed records of test processes, results, and deviations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of validation, automation systems, and embedded software.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and resources.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
