What you will do
- Lead and coordinate new automotive projects from development to serial production.
- Use preplanning to develop and monitor project tasks.
- Implement and follow up on the Project Development Plan (PDP).
- Coordinate SOP and support a smooth production launch.
- Support production during prototype and serial production phases.
- Coordinate all departments and serve as the key interface with the central customer team.
Requirements
- Engineering degree.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive sector.
- Strong transversal management, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage stress and priorities.
- Fluent English required.
