Product Training Specialist (Medical Devices)

Location: US Remote; ability to travel 75% by air and vehicle, including training in the field and at corporate facilities.

Salary: $59,200–$100,800 annual base pay, plus potential discretionary annual bonus and other applicable incentives.

What you will do

• Deliver product training to customers, distributors, and hirify.global employees.
• Teach the safe and efficient operation of hirify.global equipment and related disposables.
• Provide technical expertise and support to customer personnel and internal employees.
• Coordinate training activities with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and external clients.
• Certify completed training, maintain training records, and conduct follow-up as needed.
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend future training and development programs.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in a clinical environment, preferably in plasma or blood collection.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous experience training others highly desired.
• Strong written, verbal communication, listening, coaching, organizational, and constructive-feedback skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Ability to travel 75% by air and vehicle, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
