What you will do
- Develop and execute onboarding and advanced training curricula for sales representatives and agents.
- Partner with marketing, sales leadership, and medical affairs to align training content with commercial priorities.
- Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and field-based training programs to ensure learner outcomes.
- Support sales effectiveness through field coaching, co-travel, and performance metric analysis.
- Maintain and update training materials including digital modules, manuals, and facilitator guides.
- Ensure all training programs comply with internal policies, quality standards, and FDA/ISO regulations.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in business, life sciences, nursing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the medical device industry within commercial training, sales, or clinical education.
- Demonstrated experience supporting surgical or procedural-based products, specifically in laparoscopic or minimally invasive surgery.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across a matrixed global organization.
- Proficiency in standard business software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and learning management systems.
- Valid driver’s license and passport with the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
