Regional Training Lead (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States of America; JNJ Flex Hybrid attendance required. Travel of up to 25% domestically and internationally may be required.

Salary: $122,000–$187,127.50 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate global persona requirements with security and process teams, validating role designs and local variations.
• Ensure timely user information for UAT and BST testing and accurate end-user mapping to roles and personas.
• Define role-based training curricula and maintain accurate requirements in the Spectrum learning management system.
• Coordinate EMEA training content and delivery, aligning global template materials with local needs.
• Oversee training schedules, completion reporting, compliant access readiness, go-live support, and hypercare upskilling.
• Collect post-implementation feedback and drive continuous improvement of the global training template.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of MedTech Supply Chain and compliant training structures.
• Experience working in complex, multi-site, and global environments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing milestones and developing people in complex business environments; willingness to travel internationally and domestically.

Nice to have

• Business experience in operations, supply chain, or transformation programs.
• Advanced degree or MBA.
