Sales Advisor - Telematics (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: Onsite at the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office

Salary: MYR 3,500–MYR 5,000 monthly, plus uncapped commission

What you will do

• Identify, acquire, and manage new Mandarin-speaking telematics customers in the Malaysia market.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships to generate additional revenue.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for telematics solutions and their benefits.
• Coordinate with Operations and Post-Sales teams to support seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage the sales pipeline in CRM systems.

Requirements

• Previous telesales experience.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Strong communication, listening, and articulation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, confident, and able to follow a target-driven daily structure.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team and adapt to a changing environment.
