Technology and Strategy FP&A Analyst

Location: Hybrid role with 3 days in the Hudson Yards, New York City office and 2 days working from home. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Salary: $70,930–$106,390 per year, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Support planning, forecasting, variance analytics, allocations, and other end-to-end financial processes for Digital & Technology and Enterprise Strategy & Growth Initiatives.
• Develop and deliver three-year financial plans incorporating system transitions, staffing, market trends, strategic priorities, and implemented projects.
• Provide monthly financial insights, projected fiscal-year results, and analysis of the financial impact of business decisions.
• Maintain staffing data and related financial impacts in partnership with stakeholders and Human Resources business partners.
• Identify process improvements through automation, offshoring, or elimination, and deliver run/change analysis.
• Analyze departmental expenses, spending trends, vendor spend, and contractual obligations, recommending efficiencies and risk-mitigation actions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong financial analytics, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong Excel skills, including macros, VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and SUMIFS.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, work additional hours during peak periods, work independently, and support multiple business partners.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.

• Experience with Oracle, SmartView, or Apptio.
