Coating Line Team Member

Location: Louisville, Kentucky, United States; onsite, Monday–Thursday, 4:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

What you will do

• Perform standard work across sanding, coating, inspection, and material handling operations.
• Set up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Inspect products against customer and process quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe 5S work environment while following PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Record production, material, and quality data accurately and communicate through radio and team huddles.
• Support changeovers, continuous improvement, downtime mitigation, training, SOP reviews, and audits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Safety-first mindset and ability to follow PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in math and basic computer systems, including Epicor, SCADA, and RHEO.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend frequently, and stand for extended periods in an environment with coatings, wood dust, noise, and moving equipment.
