What you will do

• Inspect materials and products during and after production against quality requirements.
• Identify visual defects, damage, inconsistencies, and other quality concerns.
• Verify product size, thickness, appearance, color, and overall quality against specifications.
• Monitor production processes and communicate quality concerns to supervisors and production coworkers.
• Complete inspection records and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support production activities, organization, cleanliness, and workplace safety as needed.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to identify defects or inconsistencies in materials and finished products.
• Basic recordkeeping and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
