Offsite Logistics Coordinator - Puma

Location: Onsite in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, United Kingdom, at the PUMA project warehouse on King George Dock, with site visits required.

What you will do

• Coordinate the supply, storage, and movement of materials supporting project construction activities.
• Manage logistical movements between off-site storage and the construction site in line with the construction schedule.
• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, distribution, and delivery schedules.
• Oversee inventory, stock management, warehouse operations, and material management activities.
• Manage third-party logistics providers and transport partners.
• Analyse operational data and drive improvements in efficiency, service levels, and performance.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse and logistics management in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience in materials management, logistics, and stores.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, supply chain, and warehouse processes.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems, ERP systems, and logistics software; awareness or use of SAP.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop warehouse and logistics teams, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Suitable IT skills, including MS Office, alongside strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
