Senior Manager Continuous Improvement (Supply Chain)

Location: United Kingdom - Remote. Travel required domestically and internationally, up to 20%, with a flexible schedule for virtual meetings across regions.

What you will do

• Lead the Operations Efficiency program, owning cost savings, service improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Operations expense base.
• Build and manage a portfolio of initiatives, including opportunity identification, business cases, prioritization, execution tracking, risk management, and benefits realization.
• Partner with Global Logistics on distribution, transportation, delivery, warehousing, carrier, network, freight, and cost-to-serve improvements.
• Translate operational data into recommendations, execution plans, and financially validated savings.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Planning, and Consumer Experience stakeholders to deliver results in a matrixed organization.
• Develop scalable processes, playbooks, governance routines, and tools using structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methods.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, or a related field.
• Experience leading cost reduction, operational efficiency, productivity, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of logistics, distribution, transportation, warehousing, delivery operations, and cost-to-serve drivers.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiative portfolios with multiple owners, timelines, dependencies, and financial impacts.
• Ability to partner with Finance on savings validation, forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance tracking.
• Background in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, process improvement, or operational excellence; proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer products, retail, eCommerce, durable goods, or high-growth global operations.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or eCommerce platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Shopify, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or a technical discipline.
