Supplier Development Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Filton, with predominantly UK-based supplier-site work, 2–3 days per week on site and 2–3 days remotely; frequent travel and long stays at supplier sites are required.

What you will do

• Lead complex projects and missions to improve, restore, and secure supplier industrial performance.
• Assess supplier industrial maturity and evaluate the supplier’s industrial situation.
• Define improvement or stabilization action plans with suppliers and Supply Chain Quality Management.
• Coordinate hirify.global and supplier stakeholders to deliver agreed results and roadmaps.
• Identify required competencies and build project teams across hirify.global and supplier organizations.
• Develop the skills and capabilities of project team members.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in the aerospace or a similar industry.
• Experience using industrial and Lean competencies.
• Experience in supply chain management.
• Availability for frequent travel and extended stays at supplier sites.
