MEP Coordinator

Location: Fresno, CA, United States; onsite

Salary: $125,000–$155,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Coordinate installation sequences, milestones, testing schedules, submittals, long-lead items, and project close-out activities.
• Review mechanical and electrical shop drawings and submittals for contract compliance, trade scope coordination, and space requirements.
• Support mechanical and electrical estimating, preliminary scheduling, subcontractor budget reviews, and proposal evaluation.
• Participate in subcontractor meetings, coordinate design issues, and monitor onsite work for compliance with requirements and schedules.
• Review change order requests, payment applications, and billing breakdowns while supporting the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with building, plumbing, and electrical inspectors and help develop temporary mechanical and electrical systems.

Requirements

• Degree in construction or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Technical background in electrical or mechanical trades.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws, contracts, and craft labor assignments.
• Effective English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify, address, and solve jobsite problems.

• Healthcare project experience, particularly HCAi projects.
