Salary: $118,489.97–$135,417.11 per year

What you will do

• Lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, and related building systems throughout construction.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and construction documents to support installation and identify conflicts.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, suppliers, and project personnel.
• Manage MEP activities, sequencing, staffing, milestones, procurement, and delivery of critical equipment and materials.
• Conduct field inspections and monitor schedule, cost, quality, safety, and system performance.
• Coordinate energization, startup, testing, commissioning, change orders, field issue resolution, and project turnover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent construction experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated experience managing MEP construction activities on large, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and building systems installation and coordination.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors, subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, quality control, commissioning, project closeout, building codes, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.
