CNC Machinist - 5:00AM-3:30PM Mon-Thur

Location: Conway, Arkansas, USA; onsite, first shift from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.

What you will do

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and vertical machining centers.
• Produce complex, high-tolerance parts and profiles with radiuses, angles, and varied tangent points.
• Use machine manuals, meters, and diagnostic skills to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Read and interpret complex engineering blueprints.
• Perform light equipment maintenance and cleaning to support safe, reliable operation.
• Support facility projects and assist colleagues across the shop.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of hands-on CNC experience or equivalent training.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to stand for 75% of the shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a loud manufacturing environment while using appropriate PPE.
• Final candidates must successfully complete a post-offer background check and drug screening.

Nice to have

• Technical certificate or associate degree in CNC machining.
• Working knowledge of G-code.
