Head of Marketing & Communications, Mexico & LAC (Insurance)

Location: Mexico City; the role is based in Brazil and primarily office-based

What you will do

• Lead the integrated LAC marketing and communications team, aligning strategy, messaging, capabilities, and performance standards.
• Develop regional marketing and communications strategies, plans, budgets, and best practices aligned with business priorities.
• Drive thought leadership, content marketing, digital and social media camphirify.globalns, distribution engagement, product marketing, and sales enablement.
• Manage media relations, news releases, interviews, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, events, and issues and crisis communications.
• Develop corporate narratives and internal communications across email, intranet, announcements, colleague updates, and Microsoft Teams.
• Partner with business and functional leaders, oversee content and external vendors, and strengthen hirify.global’s brand across LAC markets.

Requirements

• Significant experience developing marketing and communications strategies, executing programs, and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of marketing, communications, product and service management, sales enablement, and business development.
• Experience with corporate media relations, crisis management, corporate social responsibility, digital communications, PR, content production, and event management.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-geography projects, advise senior executives, and operate in a global matrixed environment.
• Experience leading multicultural teams, developing talent, and delivering high-quality, high-volume work in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent Spanish and English required. Portuguese is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated sector.
• Portuguese language skills.
