What you will do
- Plan and execute solutions marketing campaigns across the Americas, including audience segmentation, targeting, and success metrics.
- Source and manage advertising and sponsored content opportunities supporting product and research campaigns.
- Project-manage campaign deliverables across internal functions, external agencies, and developers.
- Develop website content, creative concepts, digital educational tools, and evergreen marketing collateral.
- Support digital and in-person events, client-material requests, and the Sustainability & Climate awards program.
- Track awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics while monitoring sustainability and climate investing trends, regulations, and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in financial or professional services.
- Understanding of and interest in sustainability, climate investing, or corporate responsibility in an investment context.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex insights into clear, client-ready narratives.
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across functions, geographies, time zones, and cultures.
