Financial Services - Accounts Receivable

Location: On-site at 2200 S. Lakeside Drive, Waukegan, IL 60085, United States

Pay: $25–$26 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential.

What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts through phone and email communication.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and coordinating payment solutions with customers.
• Maintain accurate account records and document collection activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service, and Sales to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
• All positions are on-site.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least one year of collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
