Program Team Leaders (NSI)

Location: Mannheim, Germany; onsite five days a week. Travel of less than 25% is required.

Base minimum pay: €99,906 per year.

What you will do

• Lead complex New Source Introduction programs for the hirify.global Large Power Systems Division.
• Define project scope and execution plans addressing supply continuity, engineering requirements, and value chain opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across engineering, procurement, supplier quality, manufacturing, logistics, value chain, and external suppliers.
• Monitor project costs, risks, critical paths, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication across participating teams.
• Troubleshoot technical, manufacturing, supplier-readiness, and process issues using structured problem-solving and Six Sigma principles.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, materials science, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects in engineering, manufacturing, supplier, or value chain environments.
• Strong project management skills covering scope, execution plans, risks, budgets, schedules, critical paths, and delivery.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and evaluate technical, quality, cost, source-selection, and schedule trade-offs.
• Experience with NSI, NPI, CPI, APQP, PPAP, supplier readiness, or related product and supplier development processes.
• Fluent English and German required.
