What you will do

• Own the integrated Spectrum program schedule and master roadmap across development, qualification, production, and launch activities.
• Identify critical-path items, schedule risks, and cross-functional dependencies, and drive their resolution.
• Lead program planning, milestone management, program reviews, status reporting, and recovery planning.
• Drive execution across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, testing, and launch operations.
• Lead the Program Management function and provide functional direction to Program Managers within a matrix organization.
• Establish and improve planning, reporting, risk management, and governance standards across the company.

Requirements

• M.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience leading complex technical development programs in aerospace, space, defense, automotive, or similar high-technology industries.
• Proven experience delivering highly complex products on aggressive schedules.
• Extensive experience with integrated master scheduling, critical path management, risk management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience providing technical leadership to program management teams and operating in matrix organizations.
• Proficiency in English is required. Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills are also required.
