NPI Team Leader – Electric Power (m/f/d)

Location: Mannheim, Germany; onsite five days a week. Up to 10–15% domestic and international travel is required.

Base minimum pay: €116,304 per year.

What you will do

• Lead global cross-functional teams developing and implementing electric power control systems and hybrid solutions.
• Manage multiple new product introduction and technology development programs against business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Drive program planning, execution, risk management, and resource coordination across international teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Service, and external partners.
• Identify product improvement opportunities and support future energy-transition technologies.
• Communicate progress, recommendations, and results to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Several years of experience in product development, program management, or new product introduction in a technical environment.
• Knowledge of electric power systems and engineering, manufacturing, commercial, and business processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.
• Very good German and English language skills at C1 level are required.
