Enterprise Solutions Consultant (Fintech)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States

Salary: $74,000–$93,000 annual base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead solution design and end-to-end implementation projects for new clients onboarding to the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and other cross-functional teams to deliver projects and support client satisfaction.
• Prioritize and context-switch across simultaneous implementation projects through completion.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and standard methodologies as the platform expands.
• Engage with clients proactively, consultatively, and professionally.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in finance, technology, and/or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Solution-oriented approach, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer without current or future visa sponsorship, with authorization to begin work in the U.S. on the first day.

Nice to have

• Experience programming in Python.
• Project management experience.
