Salary: $74,000 - $93,000 base + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Lead the solution design and execution of implementation projects for new client onboarding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Product, to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects effectively, seeing each through to completion.
• Identify and implement improvements to current processes and standard methodologies.
• Engage with clients in a proactive and professional consultative manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in finance, technology, and/or consulting.
• Solution-oriented approach and passion for complex problem-solving.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience programming in Python.
• Experience with project management.
