Winery Concierge (Wine Hospitality)

Location: Napa, California, USA; on-site full-time role

Salary: $24.00–$26.00 per hour

What you will do

• Welcome guests, answer questions about the winery and products, and guide visitors to tastings, tours, and events.
• Manage phone and online reservations for tastings, tours, and events using reservation tools.
• Set up and organize tasting-room and reception areas and facilitate wine tastings with pairing suggestions.
• Promote and process wine, merchandise, wine club, and special event ticket sales.
• Maintain reservation, visitor, and purchase records; collect feedback and escalate issues when needed.
• Support private tours, corporate gatherings, weddings, and other winery-hosted events.

Requirements

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience; wine, beverage, or restaurant experience is preferred.
• RBS and Food Handler certifications are required, or must be completed independently at personal cost shortly after hire.
• Basic knowledge of wine and the winemaking process, with willingness to continue learning.
• Experience with reservation software and basic office tools, including Tock and Commerce 7.
• Availability for weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or collaboratively; high school diploma or equivalent.
