Salary: $19–20 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do
- Inspect short-term rental properties to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Maintain property inventory, supplies, and equipment across the local market.
- Respond to guest and homeowner requests through email, calls, text, Slack, and ticketing systems.
- Perform minor housekeeping and routine maintenance, including changing linens, moving furniture, assembling products, replacing light bulbs, and troubleshooting locks, cameras, cable, and Wi-Fi.
- Travel frequently to properties, support housekeeping dispatching when needed, and assist with onboarding new homes.
Requirements
- At least one year of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Must reside in the designated area and have reliable transportation plus a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to work on-site, travel between properties, and work weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule.
- Ability to spend substantial working time standing, walking, and driving, and to perform physical tasks including lifting more than 25 pounds occasionally.
- Strong self-management, prioritization, customer service, and deadline-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
