What you will do

• Manage daily floor operations and technician workflows to ensure equipment and services are delivered on time and in working condition.
• Supervise operational staff, including scheduling, timekeeping, task delegation, performance management, and training.
• Control equipment inventory, safety, security, quality assurance, and completion of daily equipment documentation.
• Review billing and quotes, recommend cost efficiencies, and support revenue growth through onsite upselling.
• Meet with guests and clients onsite, coordinate with sales, hotel contacts, vendors, and neighboring hirify.global properties, and resolve service challenges.
• Attend BEO, pre-construction, and pre-production meetings as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 4 years of audio-visual and customer service or hospitality experience, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading workflows and team members in a live-show environment.
• Working knowledge of audiovisual equipment and proficiency with computer hardware, software, the Internet, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a hotel or convention-center environment, including irregular hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
• Ability to meet the role's physical requirements, including frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds and occasional handling of heavier loads.
