Light Equipment Operator

Location: West Bend, Wisconsin, United States; onsite full-time

Compensation: $16.00–$18.18 per hour, plus a $1 per hour mid-shift differential.

What you will do

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding, finishing, and packaging equipment.
• Set up and adjust machines for production runs.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment for optimal operation.
• Identify equipment issues, make basic adjustments, and request maintenance when needed.
• Maintain machine operating and maintenance records.
• Coordinate crew assignments and train new team members when required.

Requirements

• Familiarity with routine equipment operating procedures and the ability to follow step-by-step instructions.
• Ability to perform minor clerical tasks related to equipment operation.
• Ability to clean, lubricate, and perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Ability to identify improper machine operation and make basic adjustments.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
