Associate, Industrials M&A

Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles, California; in-office Monday through Thursday, with remote or office work optional on Fridays

Salary: $175,000–$225,000 annually, plus potential bonus pay. The stated range applies to roles performed in California.

What you will do

• Perform financial analyses, valuations, and industry research.
• Identify and contact potential buyers and acquisition targets.
• Prepare confidential information memoranda and management presentations.
• Work closely with senior bankers and client senior executives throughout M&A transactions.
• Support new business meetings, transaction negotiations, due diligence, and closings.
• Contribute to Analysts’ development and initiatives that grow the firm’s franchise value.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of M&A experience.
• Fluency in accounting and finance with strong business acumen.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Assertive, self-motivated approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• MBA preferred.
• Must not currently or in the future require employment visa sponsorship.
