Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, United States; onsite. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States immediately and this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Salary: $18.00–$27.00 per hour.

is a marine industry company whose Navico Group division designs and manufactures electrical components and power management systems for marine, recreational vehicle, emergency vehicle, specialty vehicle, and industrial markets.
What you will do
- Support data collection and analysis for Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in improvement events and document process changes, visual management tools, and standard work.
- Research and help implement automation and smart manufacturing technologies.
- Evaluate production workflows, support pilot projects and technology trials, and provide daily production support.
- Create work instructions, participate in design and pilot builds, and propose and design manufacturing tooling and fixturing.
- Conduct time studies, line balancing, and takt-time analyses to improve warehouse workflow reliability and on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to work independently, contribute to team efforts, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Current authorization to work in the United States without present or future visa sponsorship.
- Availability for a full 40-hour work week.
Nice to have
- Manufacturing industry experience and familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or LSS principles.
- Experience with the Ignition platform and creating work instructions.
- Experience with new product development cycles.
- Marine or RV product experience and shop, bench fabrication, or assembly skills.
