Engineering Rotational Program (Materials Science & Manufacturing)

Salary: $68,900–$86,100 annually

What you will do

• Build technical, operational, and problem-solving expertise through structured rotations across foundry operations.
• Complete rotations in Process Engineering, Production Shift Supervision, and Technical Services / Commercial, each lasting 12–18 months.
• Participate in shop-floor immersion to understand production processes, equipment, and daily operations.
• Lead and support process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Analyze production data, solve complex problems, and implement sustainable operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Commercial teams while gaining exposure to automation, controls, and digital manufacturing technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science & Engineering.
• Graduation in December 2026.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Initiative, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to collaborate across organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Internship, co-op, or related engineering work experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
