Operations Intern (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite assignment at a manufacturing facility in one of the following US locations: Perris, CA; Peachtree City, GA; Mount Prospect, IL; Greenfield, IN; Lowell, IN; Mentor/Painesville/Fairport Harbor, OH; Miamisburg, OH; Oak Harbor, OH; or Neenah, WI. The assignment location will be provided in late April. Relocation and reliable transportation are required.

Salary: $25.50–$29.00 per hour, depending on academic standing and location.

What you will do

• Identify and support process improvement opportunities.
• Build project plans and lead or support projects through completion.
• Assist plant leadership and help implement plant initiatives.
• Support cross-functional teams with special projects.
• Collaborate with plant leadership at a manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, such as chemical, mechanical, industrial, or a related discipline.
• Previous internship, co-op, or relevant work experience.
• Experience in engineering student organizations, volunteer activities, or similar programs.
• Must be interested and able to relocate now and in the future.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
