Sr Supervisor, Production (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Livermore, California, United States. On-site shift schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.

Salary: $104,600–$137,235 per year, depending on experience, skills, and background.

What you will do

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve throughput, quality, cost, and cycle-time objectives.
• Execute production schedules, capacity plans, and work priorities across assigned tools and processes.
• Monitor yield, equipment utilization, scrap, and on-time delivery KPIs, escalating issues that affect safety, quality, or output.
• Supervise, coach, schedule, train, and develop manufacturing technicians and operators.
• Enforce cleanroom, safety, EHS, ISO, quality-system, and fab operating procedures.
• Lead kaizen events, standard-work creation, root-cause investigations, and process improvement initiatives with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing and cleanroom operations.
• People leadership experience, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and corrective action.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing principles, and operations problem solving.
• Ability to work the specified extended day shift in the Livermore production environment.
