What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Supplier Quality Engineers supporting San Jose and St Paul locations
• Represent supplier quality to executive leadership with data-driven insights and risk management
• Execute supplier quality strategy, frameworks, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage supplier performance, escalations, and risk mitigation across a global supply base
• Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations
• Ensure robust quality systems, audits, and problem-solving methodologies are implemented

Requirements

• BS in Engineering or related technical field
• At least 10 years in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering with 2+ years leadership experience
• Experience in high-technology or precision manufacturing environments
• Strong leadership presence and ability to influence executive stakeholders
• Proven skills in supplier quality management, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional alignment
• Willingness to travel ~20% domestically and internationally

Nice to have

• ASQ Certifications (CQE, CQM/OE, CQA, CSQP)
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• Lead Auditor certification
