Senior Supply Chain Excellence and S&OP Executive (Supply Chain Planning): Synchronizing demand, supply, and capacity across ASEAN while driving end-to-end supply chain efficiency, digitalization, and inventory optimization with an accent on S&OP governance, RCCP, and regional supply management. Focus on modeling capacity constraints, developing what-if scenarios, optimizing multi-echelon inventory, and translating complex analytics into actions for cross-functional and executive stakeholders.

What you will do
- Drive end-to-end supply chain process transformation, cost reduction, efficiency, and best-practice operating models across ASEAN.
- Maintain regional KPI architecture covering forecast accuracy, cost to serve, capacity utilization, OTIF, and inventory turns.
- Lead digitalization and automation initiatives, including workflow automation, data-led operations, and supply chain visibility.
- Facilitate monthly regional S&OP cycles, aligning Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations on demand, supply, and capacity.
- Develop RCCP capacity models, dashboards, and base/upside/downside scenarios to identify bottlenecks and guide load shifting, campaign planning, and capacity flexing.
- Govern purchasing, supply master data, replenishment, inventory execution, and regional distribution strategy.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in S&OP, production planning, or supply chain excellence.
- Advanced proficiency in data modeling and supply chain analytics tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex supply chain data to C-suite executives.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation projects, managing timelines and cross-functional resources, and applying change management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build consensus across Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, and regional functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business; an MBA or APICS CSCP/CPIM or PMP certification is highly preferred.
