What you will do
- Lead complex supply chain processes covering inventory analysis and planning, demand planning, import/export operations, and sales and operations planning.
- Execute demand and supply matching, connect planning with execution, and identify operational issues and their impact.
- Lead regional and global cross-functional planning teams and collaborate with global business units and supply bases.
- Define and review performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize business processes.
- Manage priority projects, develop recommendations, and communicate requirements to global planning teams.
- Lead a regulatory trade compliance program and mentor junior-level staff.
Requirements
- Based in Samut Prakan, Thailand.
- Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 7–10 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory control and management, procurement, production planning, warehousing, and materials management.
- Experience with data analysis, KPIs, process improvement, ERP, and SAP applications.
- Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Certified Professional in Supply Management certification.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices.
