Supply Chain Business Operations Manager (Samut Prakan Based)

Location: Samut Prakan, Thailand; onsite role

hirify.global is a large global technology company operating a global business unit with regional and global planning teams and supply bases.

What you will do

• Lead complex supply chain processes including inventory analysis and planning, demand planning, import/export operations, and sales and operations planning.
• Execute demand and supply matching activities, connect planning to execution, and identify issues and business impact.
• Lead cross-functional regional and global planning teams, prioritize backlog management, and maintain or enhance business processes.
• Partner with global business units and supply bases to generate and deliver demand signals.
• Define and review performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and manage priority projects with recommendations.
• Communicate requirements to global planning teams, mentor junior-level staff, and lead a regulatory trade compliance program.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement, process improvement, data analysis, KPIs, ERP, inventory control and management, supply chain planning and analysis, procurement, purchasing, production planning, materials management, warehousing, finance, and lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning and SAP applications.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Professional in Supply Management certification.
