Sr Analyst (Supply Demand Management)

Location: Korat, Thailand. Onsite manufacturing facility; no travel required.

What you will do

• Review weekly demand signals from customers, business opportunities, CTU, and internal demand sources.
• Analyze total demand requirements and week-over-week changes.
• Assess internal and external factory capacity, constraints, and supply opportunities.
• Adjust build requirements and master schedules to align material and production plans with demand.
• Manage finished-goods inventory for customers with contractual days-of-supply requirements.
• Develop what-if supply scenarios for customer opportunities within a 24-hour turnaround and use SAP IBP, AI tools, automation, and digital solutions to improve planning efficiency.

Requirements

• Supply chain management, supply planning, and demand planning expertise.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP/IBP, Microsoft Office, AI-driven tools, and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent English proficiency and the ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
