Sr Planner Supervisor (SAP)

Location: Korat, Thailand; onsite at the Korat manufacturing facility

hirify.global operates a large manufacturing facility producing cloud-based storage equipment, from storage components to finished drives.

What you will do

• Manage inventory levels and support material distribution to storage areas and production lines.
• Lead physical inventory checks and coordinate cycle-count activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Validate BOMs, inventory transactions, goods receipts, reversals, voids, and shipped-item records.
• Audit goods receipts against purchase orders or invoices and coordinate discrepancy resolution with warehouse and purchasing teams.
• Create inventory movement reports, analyze data, and respond to ad-hoc reporting and file-preparation requests.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Logistics, Planning, Purchasing, and other teams on inventory and supply chain activities.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with inventory or ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience improving inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and streamlining inventory processes.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments, preferably electronics manufacturing.
• Understanding of supply chain fundamentals, inventory costing, and the effect of inventory on financial results.
• Ability to analyze data and create reports using Excel or similar tools, work independently, and coordinate or guide others.
