Order Management Manager (Remote Night Shift)

Location: Remote Thailand; night shift. Travel: None.

hirify.global manufactures data storage products, with the Teparuk site producing nano-recording heads for hard disk drives.

What you will do

• Lead the AMER and WW EDS Order Management teams in timely and accurate customer order processing.
• Communicate with teams, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve system issues and participate in user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global teams to resolve operational challenges and standardize processes.
• Document and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Support performance goals, KPIs, strategic decisions, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Fluent English required.
• Experience leading teams, collaborating cross-functionally, and providing training and guidance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data analysis tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
