Senior Manager (Supply Chain Planning)

Location: Chicago office, United States; travel of up to 25% required.

Salary: $105,100–$147,100 annually.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Corporate Capacity Planning Team and support demand planning across all brands.
• Design, develop, and implement the process from sales forecasting through sales orders and finished-product distribution.
• Facilitate monthly sales forecasts and build consensus across sales, operations, finance, manufacturing, and brand stakeholders.
• Develop production strategies across bakeries, co-packers, and import locations in Mexico for Bimbo-Marinela and Barcel brands.
• Lead sourcing optimization for OTIF and CFAR reviews related to system changes.
• Establish weekly and monthly supply planning processes and lead holiday planning, promotional product integration, and new product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• 5+ years of S&OP or related experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• International experience required.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, teamwork, and cross-functional leadership skills.
