Network Planning Manager

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States; must be located within the Alpharetta area and work in the office three days per week under the Hybrid 2.0 Policy.

Salary: $109,400–$215,500 (Zone C), $120,300–$237,000 (Zone B), or $131,200–$258,500 (Zone A) annually, depending on work location.

What you will do

• Own the medium-term 3–24 month supply plan across demand forecasts, manufacturing capacity, inventory strategy, customer service, and financial objectives.
• Lead supply-demand matching, scenario analysis, capacity planning, inventory policy development, and working capital planning.
• Manage lifecycle and portfolio planning, including innovation launches, product transitions, discontinuations, and SKU rationalization.
• Own long-term supply sufficiency planning and identify bottlenecks across manufacturing, sourcing, warehousing, and transportation.
• Develop mitigation strategies for supply risks and seasonal demand peaks while monitoring performance and corrective actions.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Planning teams to support IBP and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, planning, operations, or IBP.
• Strong experience in Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, Network Planning, or Integrated Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience with highly seasonal or demand-variable businesses and operational exposure to manufacturing, logistics, inventory planning, sourcing, or distribution centers.
• Experience with advanced planning systems and ERP platforms, preferably Kinaxis and SAP S/4HANA.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate complex supply chain concepts clearly.
