Integrated Business Planning Senior Specialist (Supply Chain)

Location: Oak Brook, Illinois, United States; onsite

Salary: $64,000–$103,375 per year, plus benefits, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Coordinate timely demand and supply review processes with sales, manufacturing, and finance teams.
• Track S&OP metrics, report progress and root causes, and recommend process improvements.
• Integrate new product introduction plans into demand and supply planning and identify related risks and material liabilities.
• Prepare and facilitate Demand and Supply IBP meetings, coordinate follow-up actions, and resolve issues.
• Conduct what-if analyses, develop alternate demand and supply scenarios, and trend plan accuracy.
• Recommend inventory optimization and disposition of excess inventory in line with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or Marketing.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to collaborate across demand planning, supply planning, sales, manufacturing, finance, and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Master of Business Administration.
• APICS CPIM, CIRM, CSCP, Lean/Six Sigma, or PMP certification.
